I was worried about fitting in this after reading reviews for similar items not stretching enough for above-average sized guys. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it fits great and feels great too. It stretches plenty. Nothing can match the real thing obviously, but this is much better than the "natural" way and great between visits from my long-distance girlfriend. I've never bought anything like this before but I highly recommend it.

I bought one of these for my husband. It has a opening at both ends and the inside is ribbed. We use this toy together. He slips this on first, then i sit on what is sticking out the top. He gets the best of both this way.
