4 out of 5 stars It's a good place to start   October 17, 2007

If you have no idea what to do or where to go in order to serve your GLBT youth in your library, this book is a good place to start. There's collection development information, suggestions for programs (some pretty detailed), and reader's advisory. Of special note, this is one GLBT library service book that actually takes the time to talk about Transgender youth. While it's not the most in-depth of coverage on TransYouth topics, cheers for inclusion! Many GLBT library service items don't even touch on the Trans topic. They should publish an updated version with more transgender information, and it'd be perfect.
