Better than what others said December 29, 2008 Neon (New Mexico) I actually bought this at Yaoi-con. And despite what people say, its a really excellent novel. Yes, the seme rapes the uke. But if you've been reading any yaoi, you know that happens alot. To me, I actually like the idea of the teacher pursuing a relationship with a student instead of the student pursuing a relationship with the teacher.
I do wish that some of the novel was in Sasagawa's point of view, since I'd love to read what he's thinking when he goes after Jun.
It's called "Immoral Darkness" for a reason... October 26, 2008 Jessica Braafladt (Electric City) 5 out of 8 found this review helpful
Wow, I'm really shocked at all the negative reviews for this book! Yes, it's dark, and it's immoral, but then again, read the title (hello?). This isn't some fluffy high-school fantasy romance, and it never pretends to be. It's about emotional dependence. I found it to be a good read, especially is you love angst/kink, which I happen to love. It's not the greatest book ever written, but it lives up to it's name, and I enjoyed it.
