This volume wraps up the story nicely. This is a more angst filled and emotional volume as the love triangle plays itself out. The ending is predictable (that's why we like our Yaois) but I enjoy the emotional struggles to get there. All 3 characters are likable though I am a bit surprised by the sudden emotional weakness in Homura as he wavers between duty and what his heart wants. But he soon shows his mettle when his lover is threatened. One cool uke here! A good clean plot in the Yakuza world with suspenseful moments to spice up the story.
Like the mangaka's artwork where her guys are "real" guys. Maybe the sex could be more hard core as the characters and story line certainly justify that. But then that is just me. I hope the spin-off on Homura's brother will be licensed too.
