| Seth Part One | Over the Christmas holidays (1992) my very good friend Sweet Sweet Brian and I went to visit my ex- Bacon at his new home in The City (that's San Francisco for out-of-towners). The two of them, having read many of my stories, cooked up this idea of my writing a series of seemingly autobiographical stories about myself and a fictional lover. As part of this conspiracy I was to pretend on the bulletin boards which I frequent that Seth was really my lover. Sweet Sweet Brian helped me to develop the character of Seth over dinner that night at Shouts (awful gay bar in Redwood City CA). In this first episode I meet Seth, we go on our first date, and we kiss in a public parking lot. Written after the fashion of an old fashioned serial, this first episode was released on January 5th 1993. |
| Seth Part Two | Seth and I go on a second date, end up making out on his couch, and he suddenly thrusts his hand... Well, read it. January 1993. |
| Seth Part Three | Picks up with his hand, well, anyway before it is over he is, well, I had a whole lot of fun writing this one. January 1993. |
| Seth Part Four | By this time I was bouncing from trying to develop the relationship to writing hot sex scenes. I also was developing an ill fated relationship in my real life. January 1993. |
| Seth Part Five | It was starting to feel more like work than fun. February 1993. |
| Seth Part Six | How long can I keep cranking these out ? By this point Sweet Sweet Brian was having trouble motivating himself to even read the stories about the character he had invented, and everybody on the bulletin boards knew that Seth had been a hoax. February 1993. |
| Seth Part Seven | The last of the stories in which Seth is my lover, but the series continues in Mark, Part One Mark is Seth's best friend. At the end of part seven I meet Mark, and, well, read it. Whew. I've had fantasies about the Seth/Mark series eventually becoming a novel. Fantasies can be very nice at times. March 10th, 1993. |
| Mark, Part One | The fictional Seth series continues as I meet Seth's best friend Mark. Poor Seth! I started this one just after finishing Seth part 7, around April 1993. It sat idle for a long time as I developed my ill fated relationship with someone in real life. |
| Mark, Part Two | This episode begins as I lay Mark down on his bed in his hotel room. Then, well, imagine what happens next. Then you can read it and see how well you did. Definitely homoerotic! Rather hot I suppose. I liked writing it. |
